Our Team
Micael is a Portuguese entrepreneur who has called Faial his home since 2018.
For the past five years, he has been managing local rental accomodations (AL) and building strong connections with trusted professionals across the Island.
His practical knowledge and island experience are at the heart of Azores Home Care's reliable and personal service.
Lisa is an Austrian entrepreneur with more than ten years of experience in communication, marketing and building purpose-driven businesses.
After living and working internationally, she and her family found their way to Faial, where they quickly fell in love with the island and its community. She holds a Master’s degree in Sustainability, Entrepreneurship and Technology and brings a thoughtful, organized and creative approach to Azores Home Care.
With her background in communication and project management, Lisa is passionate about making sure homeowners feel informed, supported and confident that their property is well cared for – even when they are far away.
Together, they form a dedicated, dynamic team who cares deeply about homes, people, and the beauty of the Azores.
The mission is simple: To give homeowners peace of mind - knowing their home is cared for as if they had never left.
